Job summary

Alliance PTP Partners is seeking a full-time Certified Athletic Trainer-Program Manager in Westerville, OH. You will provide injury prevention, work conditioning, ergonomic support, and early symptom intervention within an established industrial athlete program.

The role offers a three-day weekend rhythm with 40 hours per week (4/10s), starting January 2027, with benefits including licensing reimbursements, uniform allowance, paid CEUs and MedBridge subscription.

Qualifications

• Licensed as Athletic Trainer in the state or eligible for licensure.
• Experience engaging employees in occupational/industrial settings.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide injury prevention and early symptom intervention for an industrial athlete program.
• Deliver work conditioning and ergonomic support to employees.
• Coach and lead a team of athletic trainers and exercise professionals.
• Collaborate with the Client’s Health & Safety Team to maintain standards.
