Advocate Health is seeking a Manager, Athletic Training to support Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC. The role leads athletic training programs, directs care plans, and collaborates with physicians and other professionals to optimize athlete outcomes.

Responsibilities include evaluating injuries, designing rehabilitation, documenting progress, and mentoring students and staff. A Bachelor's degree is required; advanced credentials and licensure are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Certification through NATA required and licensure by NC Board.
• 5 years experience in a management or leadership role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate athletes and injuries and design rehabilitation and reconditioning plans.
• Gather and interpret data from medical records, physicians, athletes and families.
• Communicate progress to physicians and partners; coordinate treatments and schedules.
