Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Licensed Athletic Trainer / WorkStrategies Specialist. The role delivers athletic training and WorkStrategies prevention services on site for City of Fort Worth employees, coordinating with physicians and therapists.

Full-time position with a 60,000–86,500 USD annual pay range. Benefits include health, vision, dental, 401(k), student loan reimbursement, and more. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• TX Athletic Trainer license required or eligible for state licensure as AT.
• BS Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in public safety, military, high-level athletics or industrial setting.
• BOC certification preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required and offered by BSW Rehab.

Responsibilities

• Deliver athletic training services with physicians and outpatient physical therapists as part of pre- and post-injury care plans.
• Deliver WorkStrategies prevention services at assigned locations, including OnSite and related programs.
• Prepare and complete appropriate documentation for services.
• Communicate regularly with clients for relationship development and program review.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
• Maintain regular attendance.
