Job summary

Go4 Contract Services in Dallas–Fort Worth, TX is seeking two Athletic Trainer contract positions for the 2026-2027 school year with Uplift Education. The role involves athletic training services, injury evaluation, rehabilitation, and managing the Athletic Training Facility.

Compensation ranges from $46 to $65 per hour, commensurate with experience, with relocation stipends and CEU credits offered. Positions run ASAP through May 2027, about 30 hours/week, in-person at Dallas–Fort Worth.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Athletic Training from a CAATE-accredited program.
• BOC certification required and TX state licensure.
• 2–5 years of athletic training experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and oversee the school sports medicine program, including injury prevention, evaluation and rehab for student-athletes.
• Provide athletic training services for practices, games, and events as needed.
• Coordinate with team physicians for pre-participation exams and medical referrals.
• Manage the Athletic Training Room, inventory, budget and environment.
• Assist with safety planning and enforcement of school medical policies and protocols.
• Maintain up-to-date records using Healthy Roster.

Pay:Hourly rate for this position ranges from $45-$60/hr, commensurate with experience
Schedule: ASAP– May 2027 // Variable dependent upon athletics schedule; approx. 30hrs/week

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Go4Healthcare is in search of a certified athletic trainer with Uplift Education. The successful candidate will handle athletic training services, evaluation of injured athletes, rehabilitation of injured athletes and running and managing their ATR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

– Maintain overall Sports Medicine program for the School, including injury prevention programs, injury evaluations, injury and concussion management, injury treatment and rehabilitation for student-athletes;

– Provide athletic training services for the athletic department, including attendance at scheduled team practices and home and away competitions as necessary;

– In coordination with the team physician, review pre-participation physical examinations and coordinate medical referrals for student-athletes to determine their ability to practice and compete;

– Manage the Athletic Training Room including medical inventory and budgetary items, and maintaining clean, professional, and welcoming environment;

– Assist the Athletic Director with determining safety and medical concerns for athletic events, emergency action planning, and enforcing school policies and protocols;

– Evaluate and recommend new techniques, equipment, and policies that would enhance the benefit of the sports medicine program;

– Maintain up-to-date records and documentation using Healthy Roster.

The Ideal Candidate has:

> Preferred Education: Master’s degree from a CAATE accredited Athletic Training Program

> Certifications Required: BOC certification required, TX State Licensure

> Experience: 2-5 years as an athletic trainer preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
