Stanford Medicine Children's Health seeks an Athletic Trainer to support the Orthopedic Sports Med Program. The role involves assisting physicians, clinic operations, and outreach to schools and community partners. You will provide on-site sports medicine care, injury prevention, and education for athletes.

Responsibilities include patient intake, initial assessments, post-operative support, and coordination with physicians. Strong communication, teamwork, and HIPAA compliance are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university.
• BOC Certified Athletic Trainer required.
• Basic Life Support (AHA) required.
• Licensure/Certification as Athletic Trainer required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist physicians and interface with community partners and Orthopedic Center sports medicine team.
• Provide day-to-day clinic support: patient intake, initial assessments, post-operative education.
• Deliver on-site care for high school athletes and Young Athletes Academy partners.
• Support outreach, injury prevention, emergency coverage, and athlete education.
• Maintain medical records and treatment logs; document referrals and communications.
