Job Responsibilities

1. Assist physicians, athletic trainers, orthopedic surgeons, APPs, and supportive staff with patient care in outpatient offices and clinics.
2. Follow patients from arrival to departure, ensuring needs are met to support their experience.
3. Prepare charts for visits and testing approvals.
4. Assist in scheduling procedures and surgeries, contribute to clinical regulatory readiness, manage inventory and stock, respond to patient phone calls, and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited program (Required).
2. Master's Degree in Athletic Training (Preferred).
3. 2 years of orthopedic experience in a healthcare setting (Required).
4. BOC - Certified Athletic Trainer (Required).
5. AT-LIC - PA Athletic Trainer (Required).
6. BLS - Basic Life Support (Required).
