Job summary

Williams College is seeking a skilled Athletic Trainer to support student-athletes across a Division III program with 32 varsity teams and additional club sport support. The role involves collaborating with an eight-member Sports Medicine team to prevent, assess, treat, and rehabilitate injuries while handling related administrative duties.

Required: BOC certification and MA licensure eligibility, a Bachelor’s in Athletic Training or related field, and at least 3 years of professional

Qualifications

• BOC certification and MA licensure eligibility required or highly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training or related field
• 3+ years of professional experience required

Responsibilities

• Provide prevention, recognition, evaluation, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries for student-athletes
• Collaborate within the Sports Medicine department to support Division III varsity and club programs
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sports Medicine
• Support a broad-based athletic program with responsibilities aligned to department needs
