Job summary

Williams College is seeking a skilled Athletic Trainer to join our Sports Medicine department. You will provide medical services, including injury prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation for student-athletes across a broad Division III program.

Primary sport assignments will be determined on hire based on program needs and your experience. This is a full-time, in-person role with comprehensive benefits and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must be BOC-certified and eligible for Massachusetts licensure (active preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training; minimum 3 years of professional experience.
• Master’s degree in Athletic Training or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical services for student-athletes including injury prevention, recognition, evaluation, and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate within the Sports Medicine department and support 32 varsity teams.
• Perform administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Sports Medicine.
• Assist with primary sport assignments based on program needs and candidate experience.
