Job summary

Center for Physical Therapy and Exercise, a proud member of Fusion Physical Therapy Partners, is seeking a Certified Athletic Trainer to provide athletic training services for student athletes in Merrimack, NH.

The Athletic Trainer will collaborate with medical staff, coaches, and athletes to review medical conditions, develop goals, and implement prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation plans to support athlete safety and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an Accredited CAATE program.
• BOC certification.
• Licensed in NH as an Athletic Trainer.
• CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Review medical conditions of athletes and develop plans to meet athlete goals.
• Provide prevention, clinical evaluation and diagnosis, immediate care, treatment, rehabilitation, and reconditioning; organization and administration; professional responsibility.
• Apply protective or injury-preventive devices (tape, bandages, braces).
• Recognize and evaluate injuries and provide first aid or emergency care.
• Maintain records of injuries and reports following company documentation protocols.
