Job summary

Providence Health Plaza in Portland is hiring an Athletic Trainer on a full-time, day schedule to support sport team assignments and patient care across the Clinical Rehabilitation Services. The role focuses on injury prevention, immediate assessment and treatment, and proper triage under supervision.

The successful candidate will hold an Oregon Athletic Trainer license, BOC certification, and valid BLS credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Health related field or equivalent education/experience.
• Oregon Athletic Trainer License required upon hire.
• BOC certification required upon hire.
• BLS from American Heart Association required upon hire.
• DHS background check required per company policy and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide athletic training coverage and support for sport teams and school assignments.
• Coordinate injury prevention, immediate assessment/evaluation, treatment and proper triage of injuries.

Education
