Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous outpatient experience preferred.
• Connecticut Athletic Trainer license required.
• BLS certification required.
• FCE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ergonomic job analyses, including task analysis and body mechanics.
• Develop and maintain Physical Demand Assessments for positions.
• Implement Work Conditioning programs for new hires and ongoing employees.
• Monitor and adjust ergonomic interventions and training as needed.
• Prepare clinic reports and track outcomes with EMR.

Education

Connecticut Athletic Trainer license

FCE Certification

Basic Life Support certification

Previous outpatient experience
