Enovis East Bay Area is seeking a Field Service Representative with a strong athletic training background to support DME programs in orthopedic settings. You will apply patient care expertise, coordinate with Sales, and ensure proper use and application of bracing products across clinics.

The role requires travel within the East Bay territory, clinical collaboration, and adherence to regulatory standards. A Bachelor’s degree and valid driver’s license are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience with direct patient care in orthopedic/athletic training settings.
• Demonstrated patient care experience.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
• Holds active Athletic Training licensure or equivalent credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provides account management and day-to-day service operations for DME programs.
• Verifies patient benefits using automation tools and pre-authorization.
• Performs evaluation of clinic needs and collaborates with Sales and Field Service Teams to improve inventory.
• Travels within designated territory and maintains inventory levels.
• Serves as liaison between customer, Enovis and Sales Team.
• Adheres to Enovis compliance and HIPAA requirements.
