Qualifications

• Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience.
• Indiana State Athletic Training Licensure or eligible is required.
• Board of Certification (BOC) Certified Athletic Trainer.
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross Professional Rescuer is required.

Responsibilities

• Assists providers with in-office procedures, treatments, casting, bracing, and other direct patient care needs.
• Performs direct patient care in outpatient clinic under supervision of clinic/practice manager and providers.
• Develops and implements treatment plans to optimize recovery and patient outcomes.
• Educates patients and families, including home exercise programs and discharge planning.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team to advance patient plan of care and improve operational efficiency.
