Job summary

IU Health Outreach team is seeking a PRN athletic trainer to assess, treat and rehabilitate athletic injuries under physician supervision. You will contribute to planning and implementing treatment programs for patients and student groups, and you will coordinate services across athletic events and outreach activities.

The role requires a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in athletic training (pre-2023) with 0–3 years of relevant experience, Indiana licensure or eligibility, BOC certification, and

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant athletic training experience required.
• Master's or bachelor's degree in athletic training is required.
• Indiana licensure or eligibility in athletic training is needed.
• BOC certification and BLS/CPR certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries under physician guidance.
• Develop and implement treatment and prevention programs for patients and students.
• Coordinate sports medicine and rehabilitation services and ensure documentation is complete.
• Provide athletic training services for events and outreach activities.
