Job summary

Unify Health Services in Tomahawk, WI, seeks an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapist Assistant to provide on-site occupational health services in an industrial setting. You will focus on injury prevention, ergonomics, job coaching, and post-injury support using established clinical and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
• Valid professional licensure in the state you are applying (required).
• Valid BLS and CPR certifications (required).
• Proficiency in outpatient clinical skills, first responder skills, and musculoskeletal education.
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health regulations, and OSHA guidelines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on-site injury prevention and occupational health services
• Conduct Post-Offer Employment Testing (POETs) and Physical Ability Tests (PATs)
• Perform ergonomic assessments and physical demand analyses
• Provide job coaching, stretching, posture, and safe work technique education
• Support return-to-work and transitional duty programs
• Document services and track outcomes accurately
• Collaborate with supervisors, safety teams, and management

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Flex Shift)

About the Role
