Pivot Onsite Innovations is seeking an experienced and passionate Industrial Athletic Trainer for a construction site in Cambridge, MA. This role provides an opportunity to impact employee health, wellness, and safety at a dynamic worksite.

Must be able to work afternoons: M-F 3P-11P

Job Summary

The Industrial Athletic Trainer will manage injury prevention and evaluation, ergonomic assessments, OSHA emergency/first aid, health education, and worksite health promotion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct wellness assessments and ergonomic risk analyses
• Develop site-specific wellness initiatives
• Implement ergonomic interventions and provide first-aid for musculoskeletal issues
• Assess orthopedic injuries, participate in education and injury prevention, and coordinate treatment plans
• Analyze data, document patient files, and generate reports
• Foster a trustful environment and communicate with safety personnel
• Attend meetings, serve on committees, and contribute to newsletters
• Position may require COVID-19 vaccination proof

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Board-certified Athletic Trainer (BOC)
• State licensure/certification
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification
• Willing to travel
• Strong interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• 2+ years of athletic training experience
• Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and workers' comp
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience in ergonomics or occupational health
• CEAS/OSHA10 certification
