Responsibilities

• Process ticket sales at the ticket office during office hours and athletic events.
• Answer questions concerning ticket prices and policies; provide general athletic department information to customers.
• Provide excellent customer service to John Purdue Club members, Purdue students, the general public and all stakeholders.
• Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints during business hours and at events.
• Follow NCAA, Big Ten and Purdue University rules and policies and perform other duties as assigned.
