Responsibilities
Provides direction, training, guidance and assistance to employees; coordinates daily work activities; organizes, prioritizes, and assigns work; monitors status of work, inspects completed work, and troubleshoots problem situations.
Oversees staff compliance with codes, laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies and procedures; ensures safety, monitors work environment and equipment; takes corrective actions as needed.

Prepares performance reports; reviews and processes documentation; maintains knowledge of laws/regulations and trends; participates in training.
Communicates with supervisors, staff, participants, vendors, and the public to coordinate activities and resolve issues.
