Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years old and able to obtain required certifications.
• Must pass criminal background check and possess Georgia driver's license.
• Must have or obtain First Aid/CPR/AED certification within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Outdoor Recreation programs; direct seasonal staff and volunteers.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and quality of all activities; make on-site risk decisions.
• Provide orientation, safety briefings, and participant readiness assessments.
• Maintain records, equipment, incident reports, and program evaluations.
• Coordinate setup/breakdown, maintain equipment, and communicate with participants and parents.
