The Communications team will engage prospective customers, and the ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to industry-leading revenue growth.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to commute to the office every day.
• 1-2 years experience in a customer facing role.
• Excellent ability to build and manage relationships.
• Self motivated, team player, and trainable.
• Unrelenting drive to understand customer needs.

Aufgaben

• Building client relationships: Must be able to build strong relationships by following up with clients, addressing concerns, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Product/Service Knowledge: Must be able to answer any questions the client may have about the product and ensure that the client makes a purchase that meets their needs.
• Providing feedback: Provide feedback to the management team that can help improve business.
• Mandatory training sessions: Attend training sessions to acquire system knowledge, gain an understanding of sales strategies, and stay up to date on products and services.
