D1 Training - Winchester is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations at its athletic-based facility. You will drive membership sales, manage staff performance, and oversee the P&L to ensure financial targets are met.

The role requires a proven sales leader who can coach a team, maintain exceptional guest experience, and adapt programs to athletes of all ages in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of management experience.
• Strong ability to close sales and manage memberships.
• Knowledge of gym and retail operations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of contact for members, prioritizing the D1 customer experience.
• Set up new memberships in the POS system and process payments.
• Provide front desk sales and information and assist with events.
• Manage all sales and lead staff meetings to drive growth.
