Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of athletic fields maintenance and progressive leadership/management experience.
• Thorough knowledge of sports turf maintenance and NCAA rules/regulations.
• Valid CA driver’s license; DMV Pull Notice System compliance may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise athletic fields staff and handle hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Plan and implement annual field renovation and maintenance programs.
• Budget planning, cost tracking, and procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Ensure facilities security procedures and coordination with public safety.
• Maintain records and prepare reports on productivity and financials.
