• Associate degree and two years of related experience.
• Two years of experience in athletics, event management, sports information, communications, marketing, ticketing, or a related field.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by athletic events.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and execute aspects of NJCAA home athletic events from planning through post-event evaluation.
• Serve as the game operations lead during assigned athletic contests.
• Develop game day timelines, staffing assignments, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate facility setup and breakdown, including equipment, signage, hospitality, branding, and venue prep.
