BEST Crowd Management in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking an Event Security Officer for part-time roles at Major Athletic Events. You will help uphold safety by maintaining a professional presence, patrolling areas, and assisting with access control.

The role requires 18+ years old, a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and teamwork, and the ability to stand for long periods. Louisiana security license and background checks are noted. Pay is $15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet local regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous event security or related experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication, observation, and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a visible, professional presence in line with client and company standards.
• Patrol assigned areas to deter misconduct and ensure attendee safety.
• Monitor access, perform bag checks, and screen entrants as required.
• Respond to incidents or emergencies promptly; coordinate with staff and law enforcement.
• Document incidents and report to supervisors.
