Qualifications

• Bachelor9s degree is required.
• Two (2) years9 experience in maintaining equipment is required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills; Must be willing to work weekends and early and/or late hours and holidays.
• Experience with Microsoft 365; Multi-lingual or bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all phases of equipment room management for an athletic program with multiple varsity and junior varsity sports.
• Assists in game day management.
• Supervises student employees.
• Assists in purchasing equipment and supplies and maintains a digital inventory system.
• Maintains and repairs athletic equipment; assists in reconditioning of equipment.
• Coordinates equipment purchases to meet CSCU guidelines and safety standards.
• Monitors locker rooms and assists visiting teams and officials.
• Instructs student staff on equipment room operations; assists in laundry operations.
• Assists with bid specifications and budget preparation for equipment.
