WestConn is a Division III school and a member of the National Collegeiate Athletic Association (NCAA). Position Summary: Assists in all phases of equipment room management for an athletic program consisting of multiple varsity and junior varsity sports. This position also includes assisting in game day management. Will supervises student employees. Duties include:
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree is required. Two (2) years’ experience in maintaining equipment is required. Strong interpersonal, communication & organizational skills; Must be willing to work weekends and early and/or late hours and holidays. Experience with Microsoft 365; Multi-lingual or bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

All employment, if offered, is contingent upon proof of citizenship or employability under the requirement of the Immigration and Control Act (IRCA), successfully passing of a background check and a pre-employment physical.
