Job summary

Alpha is hiring for an Athletic Director who will coach Guides and develop a culture that blends high standards with strong mentorship. You’ll lead life skills workshops for K-8 students across campuses in Dallas, OKC, Austin, and Fort Worth, using data to drive coaching improvements and student outcomes.

Role emphasizes exceptional leadership, program development, and a commitment to student growth over traditional pedagogy. Relocation support is provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• 5+ years in education, learning and development, coaching, youth leadership, or related field.
• Experience leading a team of five or more adults with performance-based decisions.
• Proven ability to use performance metrics and data to diagnose problems and deliver results.
• Willing to work on campus in multiple TX cities with relocation support.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, feedback, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students set and achieve ambitious goals.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
