Job summary

Alpha is hiring an Athletic Director to lead coaching and student development across Dallas, OKC, Austin, and Fort Worth campuses. You will build a coaching culture, leverage data to improve student outcomes, and mentor Guides to help them succeed.

This full-time W2 role offers relocation support and a six-figure salary, with benefits and weekly pay. You’ll drive excellence and model principled leadership for students and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, Organizational Leadership, or related field.
• Master's degree is a nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Guides to deliver Alpha's coaching model with consistency and high standards.
• Lead life skills workshops covering communication, focus, leadership, and resilience for K-8 students.
• Use performance data to identify coaching opportunities, remove barriers, and drive improvements weekly.
• Lead motivation sessions to help students own ambitious goals and achieve them.
• Maintain your own student cohort and model coaching excellence and accountability.
