Job summary

Eastern Upper Peninsula AppliTrack Consortium in Michigan is seeking an Athletics/Activities/Coaching coordinator to oversee rosters, bus requests, scheduling officials, and collaboration with coaches. You will coordinate athletic events, facilitate meetings with coaches, staff and parents, and represent the district professionally at events.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred and prior school administration and coaching experience are strongly favored.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
• Prior successful experience working in school administration and coaching strongly preferred.
• Coordinates all athletic-related services including rosters, bus requests, scheduling officials and coordinating with coaches.
• Facilitates meetings with coaches, staff, and parents.
• Manages athletic events including set-up and clean-up, ensuring safe athletic events.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to attend evening events.
