Job summary
Intermountain Health Utah Valley Hospital seeks a Registered Dietitian Advanced Practice Specialist to lead complex nutrition care across the continuum. You will design personalized medical nutrition therapy, monitor outcomes, and collaborate with an interprofessional team in a fast-paced environment on campus.

Qualifications
- Requires RD credentials and advanced practice training.
- Master’s degree by 2024 for new grads per policy.
- ACEND-accredited program completion is required.
- State licensure or certification for RD must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for complex disease states requiring frequent evaluation and adjustments.
- Design highly personalized nutrition plans for multiple conditions.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends guiding interventions.
- Identify non-nutrition factors that affect interventions and make referrals.
- Lead interprofessional teams in planning and implementing nutrition care.
- Drive nutrition care management across care continuum.
