Responsibilities

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy for complex conditions with frequent monitoring.
• Lead interprofessional team in planning and implementing nutrition interventions.
• Develop personalized nutrition care plans across the continuum of care.
• Mentor and train dietitians and other professionals in specialty practice.
