Mercer University is seeking an Athletic Department Tutor to provide individual academic assistance in designated courses. Tutors work in the Academic Resource Center (ARC) or Willet Science Center (WSC) during scheduled hours and also accommodate appointment-based sessions. They offer guidance and modeling of study strategies, but do not complete homework or exams.
Requirements include at least a 3.0 GPA and sophomore standing or higher. Pay rate is $10.00 per hour.

Job Title: Athletic Department Tutor
Tutors provide individual assistance in a variety of disciplines. They work in the Academic Resource Center (ARC) or Willet Science Center (WSC) during specified hours on the weekly schedule and tutor students who drop in during those hours. Tutors will also need to be available outside of scheduled times for appointment-based sessions. It is the primary responsibility of tutors to provide academic guidance and modeling for students who come for appointments; tutors do not complete homework assignments or take-home exams.
Pay Rate: $10.00
All tutors must have at least a 3.0 GPA and sophomore standing or higher.
