Job summary

• Supervise and manage student-athletes during practices, competitions, and activities.
• Prepare teams for competitions and coach during games with professionalism.
• Prioritize athlete safety and follow injury prevention and emergency protocols.
• Establish and enforce team expectations aligned with policies.
• Communicate with students, parents, administrators, and staff.
• Assist with program administration, including equipment, records, and documentation.
• Comply with school, district, athletic association rules and standards.
