Job summary

CAPITOL REGION EDUCATION COUNCIL is seeking enthusiastic Athletic Coaches for various positions within its CREC schools. Candidates will be responsible for developing practice plans, supervising athletes, and ensuring positive role modeling. Successful applicants must be certified or working towards Connecticut Coaches Certification and CPR/First Aid certifications.

This position requires availability for practices 6 days a week and readiness to support games on Saturdays. Candidates with prior coaching experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be working toward Connecticut Coaches Certification.
• CPR and First Aid certified before the first practice.
• Previous coaching or playing experience with the sport.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful practice plans for student-athletes.
• Supervise student-athletes at all times.
• Coordinate transportation for students.
