Job summary

Spartanburg School District 5 is seeking an Athletic Coach for the 2026-2027 school year in Duncan, South Carolina. The role encompasses coaching across basketball (varsity and middle school), cheer, football, golf, soccer, tennis, and wrestling within a district-wide program.

Starting immediately, the coach will support athletic development across boys and girls teams, work under the athletic director, and participate in a wide range of seasonal activities and practices.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conducts duties in an office environment with no significant exposure to environmental conditions. Requires the ability to work under a degree of stress related to duties that require constant attention and meeting deadlines. Physical demands are limited to office work requiring lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Routine local travel required; occasional overnight travel required.
