As an Athletic Club coordinator, you’re not just greeting and checking in members – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Responsibilities

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

• Control Desk Activity: Greet guests/members promptly with a friendly, sincere welcome.
• Maintenance of the Exercise area: Provide instruction of the proper use of the exercise equipment using a clean speaking voice to ensure there is complete understanding of the directions explained
• Pool Area Control: Enforce Athletic Club pool regulations and supervise activities in the pool area with constant awareness to ensure guest safety
• Locker Room Control: Perform periodic inspections of the locker room area. Replenish depleted amenities, restock towel inventory, collect soiled towels, close any locker doors that have been left open and reposition any locker room benches as needed.
