Job summary

Hilton International is seeking a Group Coordinator to support our hotel’s group booking process and deliver memorable experiences for guests. You’ll coordinate rooming lists, event details, and billing, while ensuring smooth communication between planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and front office.

  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
