Job summary

Arpella Physical Therapy & Performance, an outpatient practice in Arnold, Maryland, seeks a Doctor of Physical Therapy to support a hybrid cash-pay/insurance model. Opportunity begins November–December 2026, with part-time hours at the Edgewater area and a path to leadership as the site expands.

You will deliver one-on-one PT to athletes and community members, work on-site with limited supervision, and help grow the Edgewater location toward a lead PT role while upholding our care standards.

Qualifications

• DPT from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland physical therapy license or eligibility ahead of start.
• Experience treating athletic/performance populations in outpatient/sports rehab.
• Comfortable working independently on-site without daily on-site supervision.
• Willing to build a predominantly cash-pay caseload in a hybrid clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy and performance care Monday–Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm.
• Build relationships with athletes and coaches to position the clinic as the injury prevention, rehab, and performance resource.
• Run evaluations, build treatment plans, and track outcomes using clinical documentation standards.
• Lead specialty niches (e.g., endurance, golf, pelvic health) as the site grows.
