The practice operates with a hybrid cash-pay and insurance model, emphasizing a high standard of patient experience and internal training systems.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
• Active Maryland physical therapy license, or license-eligible ahead of a November 2026 start.
• Experience treating athletic or performance-focused populations in outpatient, sports, or performance rehab settings.
• Comfortable working independently on-site, without a supervising PT present daily.
• Willing to build a 100% cash-pay caseload; hybrid cash-insurance clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one physical therapy and performance care to community members and athletes.
• Build relationships with athletes and coaches on-site as the injury prevention, rehab, and performance resource.
• Run evaluations, build treatment plans, and track outcomes per clinical standards.
• Bring endurance-sport expertise to the role and grow into lead PT responsibilities.
• Collaborate with the owner to grow the location's caseload and lead day-to-day operations.
