D1 Training in Fort Worth, TX seeks a high-energy Athlete & Member Enrollment Specialist to help athletes and adults find the right training program. This inbound-first role focuses on listening to prospects, understanding goals, and guiding them to the best fit with strength training language.

You will work warm leads from ads, website, and social channels, conduct 100–150 dials daily, and schedule trials and assessments. A CRM-driven, reliable schedule is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a sales, appointment-setting, membership, or high-volume phone role (fitness industry a plus).
• Knowledge of fitness/strength training (athlete, coach, or trainer preferred).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and daily activity tracking.
• Available for in-person schedule including some evenings.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads fast and manage the pipeline daily from inquiries to appointments.
• Make 100–150 dials per day plus texts and follow-ups for warm inbound leads.
• Book qualified trials, assessments, and consultations and confirm attendance.
• Pre-qualify prospects by understanding goals and matching to the right program.
• Prospect organic leads and earn bonuses when leads schedule and show.
• Maintain a clean CRM with logged calls, leads, and appointments.
