Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide accurate product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members, acting as a subject matter expert in store processes.
• Maintains merchandising and presentation standards, executing floor sets, signage, price changes, and stock replenishment.
• Promotes customer participation in loyalty programs, warranty sales, and credit card enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment, upholding safety policies and standard operating procedures.
• Delivers friendly, helpful service to athletes of all abilities and helps drive sales.
