Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and provide product information.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members as subject matter expert.
• Ensures products are ready for purchase and customer engagement is strong.
• Upholds merchandising and presentation standards across floor sets and pricing changes.
• Promotes participation in company programs and loyalty initiatives.
• Maintains a welcoming, respectful store environment and adheres to safety policies.
