Responsibilities

• Delivers an outstanding athlete experience by engaging customers and providing accurate information about products.
• Assists with onboarding and training of new team members, sharing best practices and selling skills.
• Demonstrates efficient process execution while maintaining an athlete-first mindset.
• Upholds merchandising standards and presentation, including planograms, signage, and inventory.
• Promotes customer programs such as loyalty, warranties, and credit card enrollment.
• Creates an inclusive store environment where teammates and athletes are welcomed and respected.
