Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and professionally.
• Check in customers for cage rentals, lessons, clinics, camps, memberships, and activities.
• Promote and sell memberships, lesson packages, camps, clinics, and other services.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby.
• Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
