Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits.
• Drive sales through effective selling, basket-building, and promoting loyalty programs and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store demonstrating a team-first mindset.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
