• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits that help them make confident purchasing decisions.
• Drive sales results through effective selling behaviors, basket-building techniques, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, showing a team-first mindset and contributing to store goals and operations.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
