Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is seeking a Sales Teammate to deliver an exceptional athlete experience, greet customers, assess needs, and offer personalized product recommendations. You’ll share product knowledge, demonstrate features, and help athletes find the right gear to support their sport, activity, and lifestyle.

As part of a store team, you’ll drive sales through friendly service, participate in loyalty programs, maintain merchandising standards, and contribute to store goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to learn product features and benefits to assist athletes.

Responsibilities

• Greet athletes and identify needs to provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and educate customers on features and benefits.
