Job summary

DICK'S Sporting Goods is hiring a Sales Teammate to help athletes find the right products and provide personalized service in our stores. You will greet athletes, assess needs, and offer tailored recommendations to support their sport, activity and lifestyle.

You will build strong merchandising, maintain presentation standards, and participate in loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit offerings while driving sales as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet athletes, identify needs, and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits for confident purchases.
• Drive sales through effective selling, basket-building, and promoting loyalty memberships, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates across the store, contributing to store goals and operational excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes achieve their goals.
