Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Deliver an exceptional athlete experience by greeting all athletes, identifying needs, and providing personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to educate athletes on features and benefits.
• Drive sales results through selling techniques and promoting loyalty programs, protection plans, and credit offerings.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and maintain operational excellence.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for helping athletes.
