Job summary

The Familie, LLC is seeking a Client Service Manager to own day‑to‑day client execution for pro and NIL athletes, coordinating endorsements, travel, and lifestyle services. You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with agents, creative teams, and finance to protect revenue and enhance client value.

You will report to the VP of Client Services and EVP of Brand Strategy, managing high‑profile talent with discretion in a fast‑paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in sports agency, athlete representation, or brand partnerships.
• Direct experience supporting professional or NIL athletes preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high‑profile accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of endorsement lifecycle, contract compliance, and brand activation execution.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate with discretion in high‑visibility situations.
• Collaborative work style with ability to coordinate across agents, creative, finance, and legal teams.
• Willingness to travel and work non‑traditional hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day communication and execution for assigned professional and NIL clients.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for clients and their agents.
• Anticipate client needs around career milestones like drafts, combines, and launches.
• Build trusted, professional relationships while escalating to senior leadership when needed.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and long‑term value.
• Oversee travel logistics, housing, reservations, and lifestyle management with discretion.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure premium service standards and cost efficiency.
• Execute time‑sensitive requests while maintaining organization and documentation.
• Support on‑site operations for major events including drafts, combines, and brand activations.
• Track endorsements and marketing deliverables; ensure contract compliance.
• Monitor timelines, financial milestones, and payment schedules with finance and agents.
• Maintain documentation to support renewals, audits, and performance tracking.
• Elevate risks or gaps in deliverable execution proactively.
• Partner with teams to execute marketing campaigns and activations.
• Coordinate content production timelines and ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Assist in onboarding new clients with orientation materials and briefings.
• Prepare materials and operational support for prospective client meetings.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and workflows in internal systems.
